Registrations are now open for Camp Brave Hearts 2012. This week-long camp is an opportunity for heart kids aged between 8 and 12 to do regular adventurous kids things in a fun, safe and supportive environment, under the careful supervision of a medical team.

Kiwis urged to take an icy plunge for children with heart defects

Every week in New Zealand 12 babies are born with a heart condition, and this month @Heart, the charity that helps these babies throughout their lives, is asking Kiwis to take the Heart Stopper Challenge and plunge into an icy pool for five minutes to raise funds and help support heart kids through life.
